Custom New Homes
Jim and his team have worked with us on two renovations and one extension in Dubbo followed by another renovation in Coal point on Lake Macquarie. All projects were seamless due to Jim’s high standards and excellent management of staff and forward planning. When we decided to demolish an old 80’s build on a waterfront site on Lake Macquarie we were super happy that Jim agreed to build it for us. The result is fabulous due to Jim’s skill, forward planning and attention to detail. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Jim and the team at IHT Constructions made our building experience enjoyable with their exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication and attention to detail. They brought our vision to life! Exceeded our expectations and delivered a home we’re truly proud of.
IHT Constructions were extremely thorough throughout the project, always focused on achieving the best outcome for everyone involved. They proactively identified issues, presented practical solutions, communicated clearly with all stakeholders and took full responsibility for delivering a finished product that met or exceeded expectations. I would recommend IHT Constructions without hesitation for similarly complex projects!
